These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) describe how Imperial Mailbox & Notary Services uses SMS/text messages to communicate with you. By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. SMS Consent & Use of Phone Numbers
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box or otherwise opting in (such as submitting a form that clearly indicates you agree to receive text messages), you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Imperial Box Mail related to our services.
The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent data are used solely for the purposes described in these SMS Terms and in our Privacy Policy.

6. How to Opt Out
